Pramana Research is led by Phillip Harrall AFC, MPhil, MRAeS, MCMI.
Phillip is a strategic thinker who influences policy by expecting the unexpected. Capable of bringing fresh thought and a wider perspective to enhance the team’s output, and a person who engenders trust.
Phillip is regarded as one of the leading military experts in the drafting of policy, regulations and directives for aviation. In the past his role has required regular contact with the Civil Aviation Authority, industry, academia and international military staffs with regard to the establishment of policy and regulations for aviation.
He has been Chairman of a number of committees, working groups and seminars involved with the shaping of policy and strategy.Phillip has prepared reports for senior levels, both national and international, within the project and presented the findings at Ministerial level. As an experienced public speaker he has carried out a number of presentations, lectures and workshops to the civil and commercial sectors, and at differing managerial levels.
Phillip has been involved in a number of complex, high value programmes, some collaborative with other European agencies, and has always met their strict deadlines. Pramana Research Limited has developed a reputation for delivering high quality work to very tight deadlines
